As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am Nationally Board Certified and Licensed in the State of Washington. I hold the title of ARNP (Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner), and graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA with a Master's in Science of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in August 2012.  I received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL in 1994.  As a registered nurse my career goals were met as a director of nursing in long-term care.  Prior to that I was a stay-at-home mom caring for my two awesome sons.  Today, I have five grandsons.

 

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, patients of all ages with a variety of acute and chronic health issues give me the honor of caring for them and their families health. I have particular interest in patients with:

• chronic pain issues

• weight management

• men's, women's health, and children's health

• assessing nutritional needs and lifestyle changes to enhance health and healing.

 

Most patients I see have complex medical issues and are seeking a medical provider that will listen and take the time to help them "piece together" and regain their health and well-being through integrative healthcare services.  I attract patients who want to get better and take responsibility for achieving their goal of "feeling good again" through a combination of traditional and alternative medical care, and most important...through a healthy lifestyle.
